Meet Christie
Christie is the principal and founder of Christie Dobbins Ministries™ and, in 2016, founded Closing the Gap™, a ministry created to bridge the spiritual and generational gaps among women through biblical teaching, prayer, prophecy, discipleship, and community. With a strong emphasis on the Word of God, Closing the Gap™ brings women across generations together to grow in their faith, develop their spiritual gifts, and walk more fully in God’s purpose for their lives.
Christie is also an ordained minister at her local church, where she serves as an instructor in the School of Ministry. She is married to Venshard Dobbins Sr., and together they are the parents of four sons.

Growing Up in God: Spiritual Maturity
Growing Up in God: Spiritual Maturity is a six-week online class designed to help believers move beyond being spiritually gifted to becoming spiritually grounded and mature. Together, we will examine what the Bible teaches about spiritual maturity, the fruit of the Spirit, offense, discernment, correction, accountability, stewardship, and personal responsibility. We’ll have honest conversations about the areas of our lives that God desires to develop as we grow in Him. This class will challenge you to examine whether your character can sustain what you are asking God for. If you are ready to grow deeper, become more grounded, and mature in your walk with God, this class is for you.
